Reporting Methods

New hire information may be reported several ways. Choose the most convenient option from the following list:

  1. Online submission through this website 
  2. File uploads through this website
    1. You may use a spreadsheet to upload your new hire records to the website. See Electronic Reporting--Spreadsheet Format for additional information.
    2. Contact New Hire Reporting at 1-888-663-6751 to request technical assistance.
  3. File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
    1. You must use the required file submission layout. See FTP Electronic Reporting for additional information.
    2. Contact New Hire Reporting at 1-888-663-6751 to request technical assistance in implementing the FTP to report new hires.
  4. Mail or fax one of the following hardcopy documents:

Up to a 90-day history is available for Employers who manually enter their submissions online (option 1 above). After logging in, go to View New Hire History. If you use options 2, 3, or 4 above, you may request a copy of your reporting history by calling 888-663-6751 or by contacting us electronically. Please note: Records may not be accessible until 24 to 48 hours after submission.
