Reporting Methods

New hire information may be reported several ways. Choose the most convenient option from the following list:

  1. Online submission through this website 
  2. File uploads through this website
    1. You may use a spreadsheet to upload your new hire records to the website. See Electronic Reporting--Spreadsheet Format for additional information.
    2. Contact Missouri Employer Reporting Services at 1-888-663-6751 to request technical assistance.

Employers may obtain up to a 90–day history of the new hire records submitted online or via upload. You must be logged in to obtain a history. Once logged in go to View New Hire History.  Records are accessible 24 hours after submission.

  1. File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
    1. You must use the required file submission layout. See FTP Electronic Reporting for additional information.
    2. Contact Missouri Employer Reporting Services at 1-888-663-6751 to request technical assistance in implementing the FTP to report new hires.
  2. Mail or fax one of the following hardcopy documents:
